I am passionate about helping people achieve their educational and career goals. ​With over 15 years of experience in development and program management, including ​extensive work in disability and vocational rehabilitation services. I have led the ​development and implementation of several innovative programs to foster post-​secondary success for youth with autism and other intellectual and developmental ​disabilities.

In 2021, I launched Lincoln Square Coaching LLC to meet the need for high-quality ​services to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity for people with ​intellectual/developmental and/or psychosocial differences. In addition to my work ​with Lincoln Square Coaching, I continue to serve in a leadership role with one of the ​nation’s largest nonprofits providing direct services for children and adults with autism.

I am completing doctoral studies in education policy, organization, and leadership at ​the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign with a dual concentration in human ​resource development and diversity and equity in education. I am a member of ​several professional organizations that are aimed at addressing the needs of an ​evolving workforce and labor market.

I serve on the advisory board for the University at Buffalo’s CACREP-accredited ​graduate program in rehabilitation counseling. Previously, I have served on the State ​Rehabilitation Council for New York State as well as the Board of Directors of Service ​Program for Older People (SPOP).
